These wines are simply divine! I am a picky person when it comes to reds. But wow, the Bordeaux bottle blend Mon Amour,took my heart and enticed my pallet! A black cherry color with a smooth lasting taste. I bought 2 bottles to go because I could drink this all day.
I even paired this wine with a roasted lamb at home. The Pinot Noir was my second favorite. It has a peppery bite that goes well with rice dishes. I cannot wait to come back. I can understand how the people who work for Coquelicot feel and the welcoming atmosphere they bring are proud to stand behind such a great winery.
